LILLIANA BRAS
Lilliana Bras, propietaria de Bras Medical Spa, es esteticista médica con una vasta experiencia. Recibió su certificación de esteticista en Puerto Rico para el año 2015 y comenzó su práctica en la oficina de su esposo, el cirujano plástico Ian Marrero. Luego de cuatro años desarrollando exitosamente su práctica profesional, abrió las puertas de Bras Medical Spa, un espacio diseñado para ofrecer la tecnología más avanzada en tratamientos faciales y corporales para la piel.
El deseo de adquirir nuevos conocimientos y explorar horizontes en el campo de la estética médica, ha llevado a Lilliana a entrenamientos en múltiples lugares del mundo, que incluyen Argentina, España y los Estados Unidos, entro otros.
Lilliana participó del entrenamiento Hydrafacial HFX Experience, que ofrece técnicas avanzadas de este popular procedimiento. Además, recibió una certificación de Regen Lab para ofrecer el tratamiento de plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP), el cual utiliza la sangre del mismo paciente para aplicarse en la piel con el propósito de rejuvenecerla.
Cuenta con una certificación de Vivace Microneedling, la última tecnología que utiliza radiofrecuencia combinada con micro agujas para ayudar a generar colágeno en la piel, y mejorar la apariencia de arrugas y líneas de expresión.
Además, se entrenó para el innovador tratamiento Aquagold con la reconocida especialista en cirugía plástica Lara Devgan, en la ciudad de Nueva York. También participó de un entrenamiento personal con el doctor Zein E. Obagi, por lo que obtuvo una certificación oficial como “ZO Skin Care Specialist”.
Lilliana está certificada para ofrecer tratamientos faciales y corporales con el láser de Cutera y Candela, para tratar diferentes condiciones de la piel y depilación.
Sus productos favoritos para el cuidado de la piel son ZO by Zein Obagi, Skinceuticals, Glytone, Mesoesthetic y Elta, entre otros.

Ian C. Marrero Amadeo
Dr. Ian C. Marrero is a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. It has a subspecialty in hand surgery so it also has the Certificate of Subspecialty for Surgery of the Hand. He is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
He studied high school at Penn State University and then obtained a doctorate in medicine from the University of Puerto Rico, where Magna Cum Laude graduated. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his specialty of general surgery at the University of Puerto Rico and the specialty of plastic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then did a subspecialty of hand surgery at the prestigious Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center.
After eight years of training he returned to the University of Alabama at Birmingham to join his medical school in the plastic surgery division. During this time he had the opportunity to train other resident doctors in plastic surgery and orthopedics.
After two years of experience as a professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he decided to return to Puerto Rico to establish his private practice. He is currently the head of the plastic surgery section at the Mutual Aid Hospital. Dr. Ian C. Marrero is committed to carrying out a medical practice of the highest level, and offering his patients a humane and excellent treatment.
His clinical interests include facial and body cosmetic surgery, breast reconstruction due to cancer, and post-bariatric reconstructive surgery. It also specializes in hand and wrist conditions including bone fractures, tendon lacerations, compressive neuropathies and arthritis.

JULIANA BUENO
Medical Esthetician
Bueno is an accountant who decided to leave numbers and found her passion in esthetics in 2011.
Her main interest is medical esthetics, earning certifications from Paul Mitchell the School Dallas and the National Laser Institute in Texas in 2017. Helping patients achieve their skin care goals and improving their self-esteem is her favorite part of her job, particularly those with challenging conditions, including acne, rosacea and melasma.
In her time off she enjoys traveling, camping, hiking, horseback riding and salsa dancing.
JESSICA RODRÍGUEZ
Massage Therapist
Rodríguez received her massage therapy certification from Antilles College of Health in 2010. She joined Bras Medical Spa in 2019 after eight years of professional practice. She is certified in phlebotomy and trained to offer PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatments for multiple cosmetic applications.
One of her specialties is post-operative massage treatments to help reduce inflammation after surgery. Rodríguez is passionate about her work and helping her patients achieve a massive state of relaxation and well-being.
During her off time she loves to spend time with family and friends.
DESIREE AGOSTO
Manager
Agosto joined Bras Medical Spa in 2020 and is currently the Office Manager. She is a certified laser technician and aesthetician, and a HydraFacial specialist.
She makes sure every patient experiences the most professional, customized approach to achieving their best skin ever, while providing a relaxing, exclusive and unique environment. She is responsible of implementing procedures and handling all administrative processes.
On her free time she enjoys spending time with her precious children, family and friends.

Receptionist
Torres has studies in esthetics and cosmetology and worked as a laser technician and plastic surgeon assistant for five years. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree to become a nutritionist.
Her extroverted, energetic and talkative personality makes her thrive when dealing with patients. Providing excellent service and enhancing patient treatment and care is her ultimate goal.
During her leisure time she loves to travel, going to the beach, exercising, salsa dancing and spending time with family and friends.
